The famous Rhubarb thief !!!.....
....was caught yesterday... he was put in custardy......
......however the case crumbled.....and he was released
...they then thought they had his accomplice, a heavily made up lady in high heels, fish net stockings, short skirt and a low top..... but they soon discoved she was just a little tart.
