One In and One Out at Damson Park.

Jon Douglas has been released by Solihull Moors following a short spell with at Damson Park. He started five games in all competitions following his move from Ilkeston Town, but only managed one goal, which came in the FA Cup game at Mickleover Sports.

Coming into the squad is Jon Richardson. Jon is an experienced defender having played for the likes of Exeter City, Oxford United, Forest Green Rovers and Worcester City.

I'll let Keith answer that one. Mind you, no one has hit 20 goals for us in two and a bit seasons.

If starting 35 or more games a season Ross would easily achieve 20 goals a season.

I am of the opinion that good strikers need the midfield to provide them with quality ball and quite clearly using the up and under approach is not going to work. The goal last Saturday was excellently worked around with some quick passing before Lee's excellent strike. More of this please.

He didn't do much and was a bit too cumbersome for my liking.
