I didn't particularly care for the last statement which recommended that we use iodized table salt because it contains too many poisons.

Peace Brother Spiritual One! I have the same book and it is very insightful. I too believe that most, if not all, the dis-eases who encounter today are direct result of the food that we are eating are. The conventional foods lack many vitamins and minerals. And most of the food isn't food. Also, the vaccines are also a result. There is no telling how much they have changed out DNA. You don't know what is lurking inside of you.
