Intro: C# (Life is good, eternal life is better)
Kicks in with: C# G# F F# ( I know the F looks out of place but it works.)
Verse 1: C# (Guitar plays the C# while the bass is playing C# G# F# G#)
Prechorus (Woh'oas): C# G# F F#
Verse 2: C# (Just like verse one)
Chorus: C# G# F# G#
Woh'oas: C# G# F F#
Bridge: C# G# F# G#(When the singer says, "When I first see you" slowly. It's F# with the bass sliding up to the high end F# on the 14th fret E string.)
That's it. It goes back to the chorus and the Woh'oas and then ends.

oh yes
chords are D E G A, but they are around the 12th fret
like 3 and 3/4 times, end on D (twice)
(i think its a B minor he plays after they hit the last note the second time)

It actually consists of 3 parts, 3 solo's one more difficult than the other.

when playing the previsou riff, try to bend the notes on the G string a little up. they will get a little off-tune, but when playing with distortion u get this awesome screaming sound i think SK does this as well..
second solo, again it's clear which one is meant.

i'm not too sure about the last part, but it sounds kinda smiliar...
later when the rhythm guitar continous rocking and the chorus starts again, lead guitar plays this little riff a few times:

btw, the basic chords for the song are: B, F#, G#m, E
and yes if u look at the video by SK, the lead guitarist plays the solo on a different place on the neck, that's true, but i'm pretty sure the notes are correct.
