electric drums rawk! if u get one of the better Roland TD series, you'll be blown away by its amazing realness! they are awesome! sounds are cool, feel is good, versatility is awesome, and your sound tech will love u even more, cuz all the noise of the drums are gone, and the people will hear the drums thourgh their monitors.
they are not that rock n roll though

Re: Drummer Talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What I didn't like about it was that they were sooooo sensitive!! If that makes sense! lol I mean I would hit the bass pedal and it would just BOOOM and then i would just try to hit it lightly and it would barely make a sound. Plus I am hard of hearing so It was hard to hear myself even though i had a moniter right there beside me.
Re: Drummer Talk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yeah, thats what i was thinking, like acoustic drums you hit really hard if you want em to be loud, and you don't hit em as hard if u don't want em to be as loud. but electric ones you kinda have to get used to hitting right and stuff
