what do you have to do to become a mod. I assume that their would be lots of prayer and seeking God's will out in a position like that. I mean they are the spiritual leaders of the board and everything.

ah thanks for clarifying that. I know a couple places where it takes a long time to be mod'ed because of prayer and different things they go through. But then every board is different. no one does it the same.
