about lil ol me!
I currently work in supporting adults with learning disabilities and live with my partner tony. I am starting at Southampton Uni on October 1st to do LD nursing.Still seems a long way off but it is creeping nearer!I have saved up loads of annual leave so I can leave work on 5th September so a nice break before I start! I am sat at work now just finishing a 24 hour shift(sleep in) so will be glad to get home
Starting to seem more real now i sent my bursary form off yesterday and have my second hep b jab today (ouch!) I was feeling excited but am now getting very nervous and hope i will cope ok!
Also finished my second open uni course and my results are due next friday yikes! I found it really hard it was genetics and health issues i struggled with it but I am hoping it will help me with nursing! I don't think I passed though! I did pass health and social care open uni course last year so theres hope for me yet!
Will let you know when I get results through!! Wish me luck

thanx jackie I'm sure everything will all start happening at once soon. It just seems such a long wait - although only 11 weeks til I leave work! so maybe not so long!!
Just found out I passed my genetics open university course!!! I am amazed I passed I really struggled with it. Sent it off at the last minute and didn't really know what I was writing about oh well I suppose I must have understood more than I thought!!
