bad day on ward
i had really bad day today feel like banging head against wall, patient dropped o2 sats new dr on ward patient looked likely to arrest lady very unwell for tlc anyway but when look in notes still for resus, 2 trained nurses working with went for their break and left me 1st year student with new house officer... really unprofessional i think

AAwwww poor you that is very irresponsible of those nurses ......... not saying that ur not capable of dealing with it but for goodness sake ur a 1st yr student.. I hope wen i start something like that doesnt happen to me.
