First 2 Assignments In

Ok, so my first 2 assignments are in. Epithelial cells, connective tissue & muscle assignment - Done. History of Nursing assignment - Done. I found them hard work but having completed them I've realised how much I actually enjoyed the whole process and feel real proud of what I've achieved. I just hope the marks reflect that.

Next 3 assignments have been launched already along with 3 tests coming up in the next 3 weeks (it's all 3's). I've started researching MRSA today for an essay titled 'Who is to blame for MRSA?' and also the industrial revolution for an essay titled 'Are we healthier today?'. My wife is quite amazed at my level of dedication with it being Saturday and all.

I went to an open day at Wolverhampton Uni on Wednesday afternoon and was completely impressed with the whole place. There were only about 15 of us as it was just for Wolverhampton College students. The facilities were brilliant and brand spanking new. I'm so very glad I've decided on Wolverhampton now and not just UCE. Even though Wolverhampton is so far down the University League Table, only Liverpool is worse, we were assured that the School of Health is performing well above and was in the top ten of courses from student feedback. The student support in place set my mind at ease and after speaking to 3 students who were in my shoes this time last year it only furthered my appreciation for the UNI. UCAS application is in, so it's just a matter of waiting for my interview to happen. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm now off to my mother-in-law's, brother's birthday party somewhere in Staffordshire for an evening of watching people getting very drunk and talking utter nonsense. X Factor & Strictly Come Dancing Sky +'d thank the Lordy with a nice glass of white wine chilling in the fridge for my return.

Much love emoticon
