Uni or HCA?! AH!

(Even though ive just posted lol). I applied a couple of weeks ago to become a HCA. Thinking it would be a really good way to see how i react to working within hospital environments. A couple of days later i received a letter saying that my application was successful and was asked to attend a Literacy & Numeracy exam.

I was so scared about the exam, i expected some GCSE level test that maybe i would not remember how to do? maybe i would fail? But no!! The first question in the Numeracy exam was;

"How many people can you see in this picture?"
answer: 3!

So the day after that they posted me a letter saying that i had passed my tests and that they wanted me to attend the Interview on 5 Nov. (Wow there was alot of paper work, CRB's, Occ Health, etc).

Interview was absolutley fine (the screams from a lady in labour actually livened up the atmosphere). And a couple of days after that i found out i have the job. Im just waiting for Monday to turn around so i can ring and find out which wards they can offer me. (Hoping for A&E)

Only thing is; what do i do now? Do i get out of Beauty and take the HCA job (opportunity to work in A&E), maybe stay a year and try to get seconded (although i am aware that you have to have been working as a HCA for atleast a year to be considered for this) ... Or do i stay in Beauty and see if im accepted onto the Uni courses?

Oh no!!
