Christmas 2008! / Telling clients I'm leaving
Well its christmas, so hope you all have a fab time! I got a tomtom from my parents, along with lots of other little bits and pieces. Going to my auntys later on today, for xmas dinner. My mum (Paramedic), is working today 0700 - 1900  but shes in a car today and control have let her be based at my aunties house, therefore she will receive call outs from her xmas dinner lol. So atleast we will see her.
Boyfriend - Michael is coming round tomorrow. Im excited for more presents!! I know that he has got me the new guitar hero game and armarni diamonds perfume, but he rekons he has filled a big xmas bag with other bits too - Just hopes he likes his arcitec shaver i got him (set me back a bloody fortune!!), of course its along with other things also!
So since im starting ARU Peterborough in March 09, i thought i had better tell some of my regular clients. Some have just looked at me gone out and said "oh, right, is that what you want to do?", and then i had a nurse in, Roz, and she was completely over the moon for me, sad that she is loosing her beauty therapist, but really happy for me. She knew i wanted it, and is happy im doing it. She even wanted me to ring Notts to se if i could get in for the Jan intake - although thats not far off now so ive not tried, due to CRB checks, Bursary etc wont go through in time.
So anyway!! Its only about 13 weeks now untill im officially a student nurse. Oh. My. God.
I plan to get onto the Weight Watchers as soon as xmas is over, to shed the extra pounds i have put on these past few months. I am petrified of the uniform fitting! Lol. What am i like. I dont want them to put me into a bigger size than im used to, it would upset me. SO! im gonna loose weight! Lol. Nah it will do me good, get back into the gym n that.
Anyway im off! Ill update as soon as i get the next comunication from Anglia Ruskin. Till then, happy christmas everyone and a happy new year! xx

i was browsing on here and am shocked someone else is going to ARU peterborough in march 2009 as well
so am i

oh my goodness ive been on the lookout for other people starting same as me and not even heard the mention of ARU hardly, let alone pboro campus!!
