Access presentation evening!
Had an amazing last night at our presentation evening for the college. Lots of 16 and 17 year olds gaining NVQs which was good to see but the most amazing was the amount of access students who turned up.
Most amazing of all was that I got student of the year for the Access to Nursing course which was unbelievable and very much NOT expected. Feel so honoured and nearly cried.
The worst thing was it was the last official time our little group was going to be together (although we have already planned another night out) and this made it very emotional and sad. I have made some fantastic friends from access and I know these will be lifelong.
New chapter now starts - 83 days and counting till I become a student nurse!
