Re: My weight watchers thread!

I have been on a diet since 1st June 2004. Realised I was 11 stone and I'm only wee at 5ft 2" so I decided to take action!! I stopped eating rubbish and now I eat three meals a day and nothing inbetween, diet juice and nothing to eat after 6pm. I am now 9 stone. I want to be 8 stone though (never happy me!!!)After the first few weeks I never felt hungry all the time. I really notice it in my clothes - went from a size 12/14 to a 10.

Re: My weight watchers thread!

keep with the weight watchers i lost 7 stone with this diet 10 years ago and kept it off, though my weight seems to have crept up on me after xmas, so im back counting points! lost4lbs so far would like to loose another4 lbs and get to 10 stone, im 5 foot 7. it is really good and a lot easier than when i first went on it. I have a really bad sweet tooth, so what i do is buy the individual chocolate options drink and put 2 in a big mug (only 1 point) and if i fancy chips i put some frozen roasted parsnips in the oven until crispy and then i kid my self they are chips. I know you are supposed to count parsnips, sweetcorn and alcohol but i never have and have lost. potatoes though i always count.
hope this is useful nikki good luck with the weight loss, love JO xx

Re: My weight watchers thread!

basically you pay £4.95 each week and the class lasts for an hour, 30 mins weigh in and 30 mins chat. During the chat its a chance to discuss different topics and share tips. I dont imagine its changed that much since you were last time.

Re: My weight watchers thread!

you keep with it nikki your doing really well, and when you get to your goal weight you will become a gold member, I dont really bother going now apart from when i want a packet of fruites!! I think it has to be one of the best diets around. Tried Atkins and although I lost weight I gained a stinker of a headache! emoticon
