Re: My weight watchers thread!

hi nikki,
have you tried making the no point soup or no point curry? these are really good fillers that cost you nothing in the way of points! make the soup in a big pan and try having a bowl before your dinner and tea, wait 20 minutes after eating the soup and you find you wont eat as much, word of warning though... buy yourself a kite it will come in handy....for the wind!!! LOL
my husband used to call it the 'fart yourself thin'!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
let me know how you get on, you will get there honest!! sending you some good karma to help you along xxJoxx

Re: My weight watchers thread!

Hiya Jo im really struggling at the mo, I had lost 7lbs but have gained a few weeks in a row, I have been sticking to my points but I think I may have been eating too many points.

Im really desperate to get some off for my holiday in May I cant go looking like a beached whale!

I had a bad day today way over points, but went shopping for healthy stuff so back on track tomorrow so gonna try my hardest to stick to it!

Re: My weight watchers thread!

oh Nikki don't be downhearted, why don't you have a day off, your body has probably got used to having less calories so trick it have a day were you eat what you want( have loads of no point soup) then go back on it, its not easy i know but keep with it you will easily have it off by May at least 9-10 LBs if you loose 2LB a week thats nearly a stone, 7 LB is a brilliant achievement, i think what we should do is each have a weigh in say every wednesday, and see what happeneds im with you every step of the way Nikki, keep with it!! love Joxx

Re: My weight watchers thread!

Hi nikki, why not up your exercise? walk 2 15 minutes walks a day every day and you should start loosing, i too have started on the soup today, i dont normally count broth mix or lentils i even resisted a kit kat today, so feeling quite good, though im on 2 bankshifts this weekend doing nights and with the soup, oh well i suppose i will have to spend most of my time in sluice blowing off!!! i have 12Lbs in all to loose can'tbelieve how much i have put on ah well back to my soup, you have probably just plateaued it will come off eventually. I remember it doing that with me i was stuck at 14 stone for 4 week then all of a sudden it started to come off, stick with it Nikki anything worth doing takes time and patience, think when you did your training i bet there were times when you felt you were getting nowhere and look at you now a fully qualified childrens nurse. take care love Jo xxx emoticon
