Keeping a diary can we encourage those that ask for a diary to use it fairly regularly. and if they feel they no longer want it we can delete or close it just that some people havent posted for over 3 months aor even longer.
nikki, lou and myself have been chatting about it and decided that we will check the diaries 3 monthly; march, june, september and december and if no posts have been made we will close those unused diaries unless there is a specifc request to keep it open if perhaps somebody has taken time out etc.
hope you dont mind as also means keeping up to date is a bit easier with whats happening on the forum too.
Re: Keeping a diary Can I just say peeps that the diaries are due to be checked in September and it looks like a few may be deleted so if yours is one that hasnt been used in a while can u update it please!

lou, nikki and i are still able to modearte in your diary too, but means you have a bit more control, although beware of the delete button its a bit close to edit or reply for my liking
