my friends baby

as some of you know i helped deliver my friends baby a few weeks back and she was really sick with a poor prognosis.

she was transferred to the childrens hospice on friday but sadly died this morning she was only 8 weeks old emoticon

its so so sad. emoticon

I am so sorry to hear about your friends loss, it must be really personal for you too. Life just dont seem fair sometimes.

I have only just read your diary post on how your op went and i'm glad it went ok and that further treatment goes the same. You and your friend are in my thoughts. Once again i'm sorry Lulu

Oh pet thats awful. What can i say but i'm thinking of you still and now your poor pal and her loved ones. emoticon

to you all. The poor mite can sleep well now that her battle is over. This must be so hard too for you after helping her into this world. emoticon

really sorry to hear about your friends baby -
i work as a care asst in a childrens hospice - and it's not nice when babies like that come in - or any other as a matter of fact when they r terminal -

your friends should get some support for bereavement from the hospice - where i work they are brilliant!!!!!

i hope your friends have the support that they need - and also - make sure that you get the support that u need

Aaahh - sometimes you think life cant get any more **** and then more **** happens.

Im so sorry for your friends Lu - its totally, utterly and completely devastating to lose a child. And nothing anyone can say will make them feel any better, but the support and comfort you get from your friends and family, is just so important until you can start to come to terms with it.

And of course, your still reeling from your diagnosis and its gonna be doubly tough on you. Im so sorry Lu - a emoticon
