Lulu, what can I say? Im totally gob-smacked!

Tears filling up here as my sister-in-law has just had a mastectomy (?sp).

You know that we`ll all be here for you, just like your proper family and friends.

There`s nothing more that I add except that u`ll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Chin up hun, I know its difficult, but we`ll all help you through this.
