last written exam in three weeks time! im starting to feel nervous now! its a seen exam, on nursing interventions, the 1st scenario is a man who has suffered a rt sided ischaemic stroke, and i have to explain what thid is and plan the nursing care needed for the next 48 hours.
the 2nd scenario is a young girl who has been admitted with diabetic ketoacidosis, i have to explain what this is and then get her ready for discharge if you will!
ive spent 4 hours writting my answer to the first question today and have put it away as my answer was begining to look more and ore rushed, so i will continue on my next free day
