elective placement starts tomorrow! well tomorrow is the big day when i start my elective placement! i shall be spending 4 weeks in general theatres then 8 weeks in gynae theatres which im really looking forward to! i feel really nervous tonight, and a bit paranoid but hopefully all will go well and il come home on a high after a good day

Re: elective placement starts tomorrow! hello peeps! sorry im a few days behind here! well ive been in the general theatres for three days now and im really enjoying it! ive been placed in plastics which is where i originally requested so thats worked out really well for me! seen lots of things to do with boobs mainly- men and women?! some skin cancers and things like that, so thankfully its so far so good!

Re: elective placement starts tomorrow! yes tracey, the more time i spend in theatres the more i dont want to work on the wards! i just love it! this ywelve week placement will be my longest stint in theatres so i just hope i like it after that long period
