Re: life as a staff nurse! sorry chick! just been so busy with everything and also its been really sunny so ive tended to sit out and relax rather than hop on the pc in case i miss the only bit of sun for the year lol! the jobs going really well thanks and i cant beleive ive been there 3 months already! ive moved along in my theatre rotation and am in the burns and plastic theatre which is great! would really like to work there. im becoming more confident within my own capabilty and am scrubbing solo for opearations such as breast reductions and all the other trillions of things they do in that theatre. a lot of it is done under local anaesthtic, removing lesions and things like that but we also do trauma lists. all those DIYers coming in with there fingers hanging off lol! definatly enjoying the pay packet i can tell you and did go abit mad with the first one lol!
