I got a letter yesterday from the hospital saying that i could ring them and make an appointment for 4 weeks time.
So i have an appointment with the neurologist on 6 October.
I also had my appointment with the Uni's Occy Health this morning. I could have done without having to get up and go because i've got a horrible cold and had a really bad headache (have been getting a lot of headaches since the fit.
Anyway, I went over it all with the doc again and she said that even if it were to happen more frequently it shouldn't affect my career etc. But she wants to see me again after i have the appointment with the neurologist and before i go on placement.
The doc at OH said she thought they'd do all the scans and stuff on me when i go to see the neurologist, but when i rug to make the appointment they said it would be a 20 min appointment..... Oh well, they do what they do i suppose.
At least i'll have gotten rid of this horrible cold before the start of the course!
Re: Quite scared! i dont get mine until my second day :holy: what is your uniform like? mine is white tunic and grey pants sounds lovely..not! it states that the pants are very roomy to allow you to move...sounds even more lovely got all your stuff now sam? i only have to get my student travel card and i am sorted, ive even packed my bag and got it near the door, i wouldnt mind i still have 11 days to go yet!!!

Re: Quite scared! Mine's white and blue tunic with navy blue ankle hugging trousers. The nice elasticated waist makes me look about 6 months pregnant too. Lovely!
We haven't got ours yet, they'll be sending them onto uni for us.
What are you gonna get Jo? All tunic and trousers or dresses too?
I'm slowly getting everything.... Have bought a few books, and a student diary and stuff. Am trying to get the house in a fit state before i start so i can have somewhere to study.
