Placement Visit
I visited my placement on Wednesday. The staff were really friendly! They don't know who my mentor is going to be yet, so i may of may not have met them 
I don't think it will be the sort of ward where I want to work when i'm qualified, but I do think it's a good first placement. The staff seem nice and i should get loads of essential experience that's appropriate to my current level of training.
I had a quick chat with the student who's coming to the end of her placement there and she said that she's managed to get all her competencies and it's all signed off, so that bodes well. 
Not long till placement now
