Bit low
Have had a sore throat on and off for about 3 days now and not a zap of energy, really having to force myself to do things and then rest...thinking maybe tonsilitis but can't be off sick!
Anyone had this???

Thanks you 2 just given penicillin for ?laryngitus but may decide to do a blood test for glandular fever. 
BUT have come out in an angry red rash under my one boob so have stopped taking them and am gargling with aspirin lol.

Gone from bad to worse have got a rash under boob on line of ribs has now blistered really sore...think it is shingles, can't see anyone till tomorrow aaaggghhh!!!

Still have no energy which isn't like me at all usually running around afer 3 kids!...and my neck feels like it is the size of a balloon but it isn't.
The lymph nodes are up and my voice feels weak when I talk...anyway off to docs today and am going to ask for a blood test I think to try and get to the bottom of this unless it is viral of course!?!

Really nice doc but argued with him he has signed me off for 2 weeks and I wanted one.
Taken blood to look for glandular fever, lymph nodes are up in my neck. He put on sick note post viral fatigue and shingles.
My mentor rang me up and said they don't want me back till I am better, but my competencies will be in late now...but uni have been understanding too.
Just weird really not used to being unwell but at the moment can't force myself to do loads anyway sooo I'm taking it easy see how it goes.
Nice to chat to caring peeps on here and my friends have been none stop texting too.

not nice, my doctor just said it was a throat infection but it really knocked me about. Anyway, hope you got over yours ok too, take care love 
hope you get sorted tomorrow, let us know how you get on /\o/\
