An update.

Emotions have gone from being hysterical to calmish now, although now there is a possibility that it could be hereditary "FAP" familial adenoma polyposis??
The cancer is her ampulla of water in the bile duct were it meets the pancreas and small intestine...(I think) anyway it is very rare and lets hope its not hereditary too!! Sees the surgeon this week to talk about the options. emoticon

Did you contact the uni?your tutor?
Look after yourself, you need to stay strong to hold it all together at the minute x Take all the help you can get hun x

Thanks Nursey I have got an extension of 2 weeks fro a report I should have in on Friday, but at the moment I just can't concentrate! emoticon

really dont know what to say except that im really sorry to hear your news and that have my fingers crossed that something can be done.

karen and i both had very difficult times over the last few months with ill family members and luckily both our unis have been really supportive.

hopefully uni will take your recent family problems into account.

Her op has been put back till 8th April so we are all worried about it spreading,she is going for her pre-assessment next week so hopefully the op can go ahead.

To be honest my hubby has been on night duty for a week so the stress hasn't got to him too much yet...thanks for asking. emoticon
