Been visiting.
Went to Derby for the day today a long drive but had to see how hubby's sis was doing.
She had half her pancreas out half her stomach all the gall bladder and the duodenum, she's got a big zip on her tummy and finding the pain hard to control.
Made us feel really humble in our eyes she is really brave although the ward were having a bad day and lost her drug kardex for a couple of hours so the pain relief (morphine) was overdue and she just needed to sleep.
Took her a lovely me to you bear "special sister" aaahhh!!!

Thanks Lulu yes it was but a klaus whipple I think which means half the stomach removed too.
