Re: 2nd placement second year!

An update last week this week enjoyed the ward staff great, but been unfortunate with mentors, main mentor just didn't seem interested in having a student!
All 3 off for my last 2 weeks...so other brill staff have taken me under their wings and I have learnt loads. emoticon
Can't wait for 3 weeks hols!!!

Yes child branch,
had to do admissions and assessments, discharges, some dressings, work out input and output as some renal patients.
Learn how to run fluid through a burette or non burette set learn about a gemini infusion pump how to set the rate etc...tryed to brush up on my drug calculations (ha ha!)and to write care plans and evaluations etc etc didn't realise it was so much till I wrote this lol emoticon emoticon
