Final 2nd year placement I've just finished the first week of my final 2nd year placement. I've enjoyed it and have been lucky in that my mentors have let me get back into the swing of things nicely as my last ward practice was last year, believe it or not. I've done lots as the ward has been nicely busy, with day-theatre lists as well as the usual patients. Im actually up on my hours too due to working two long and two short shifts. Dont know about anyone else but im not a fan of long days....but funnily enough i dont mind night shifts, ah well!
So in September i will be a 3rd year, which is beyond comprehension - to think that this time next year i will be looking for jobs is WAY TOO SCARY!!!
