Welcome to my Diary My name is Debbie. I am a nursery nurse and have nannied and worked in nursery's for 23 years. I am 44 so will definitely be one of the oldest students (if not the oldest)
I had an interview at UniS for child nursing in March and I got a letter on Friday to say that I was on the reserve list. I really, really, really want to get in.
I did an access course last year, and applied last year, but didn't get in. I went back to college this year to take biology which I am doing on a Wednesday evening as part of the access course.

Sorry for taking so long to answer but I have had trouble with my computer and internet conection for a while.
I passed my biology and am still waiting to hear if I am going to get a place on child nursing. I rang the uni today and they said that they have not had anyone drop out yet. I'm feeling desperate.
