Got some questions for you...
When will uni send me an induction pack?
What exactly do I have to do for induction week? (Do lectures start then??)
How quickly does our first assignment appear??

Re: On holiday... I got mines round about this time, I havent got mines for this year - but the progression board still has to meet to decide if I go into 3rd year.
For induction, you will probably be given a letter with a date to go to a specific classroom, there all the lecturers take all the paperwork you have to give them [make sure you get photocopies!!!] Then it will probably be a wee talk about the programme, the staff etc. You will then go and get your Matric card - the queues are HUGE btw!!! After that you will get your all important cheque [over £1000 cheque in your hands is a great feeling]. Then it will probably be a few lectures on the library etc.
The next week is filled with lectures and stuff do to with uni, with some classes starting - not many. The first assignment wont be far along. But it is only a wee essay I think for nursing. Then again the course has changed since I started... so wh o knows??
