new placement
Hi just thought i would start a new topic documenting my new placement and how it goes.  Day one, arrived in time for hand over, so many patients lots to take in. Got allocated a mentor which is good news, she seems nice which is also good.  . One down point was I was told to go and do the breakfasts instead of doing the drugs round  . As it was first day I let it go, but if it continues i will say something. The staff that i met seemed very nice. so all in all so far so good.
Objectives for this placement, catheterisation (never done it) !!, drugs rounds, ensure i learn about several new drugs. IV drugs administraton,
