Military hospital placement
My next placement is a military hospital on a day surgery ward.
I went for an initial interview and it seemed very scary and the staff look well hard and evil .
Better make a good impression  as rumour has it... they eat student alive and make it look like an accident .

Well I have appeared to make a good impression. I'm apparently the most organised and useful student they've had in a while.
They have a mixture of military and civilian staff and they have a nice laid back attitude but high standards. Not as bad as I thought it would be… in fact it’s bucket loads better than my last crappy placement.
At the moment it's been great, I've been able to go to theatres and scrub up during the opps and learn about the equipment and how it's used.
