Hi there I am a mature (33!) access to HE student, and have a place at Wolverhampton Uni starting October 06, to do the Adult nursing degree.
I can't wait to start and even rang the uni to see if there was a March intake, unfortunatly its only the diploma that has a intake in March this year.
So im going to concentrate on finishing my access course and losing some weight again before i start!
I am very grateful for the advice that i have read on the messege board and am positive this is how i got my place.
Thanks for reading my diary and good luck to all of you at what ever stage your at,
Re: Hi there hello, good luck for the rest of the access course, and well done for getting a place at uni,at least you have some incentive now to work hard at your access course, knowing you have a uni place at the end of it all..
Re: Hi there Hey, I'm new to these diaries, but well done on getting in, im sure the time will pass faster than u think. Im due to start adult nursing at robert gordons in aberdeen next monday, cant wait! keep us posted!
Re: Hi there From one mature student (nearly 32) to another - Congrats!!!!
I start at MMU in nearly a week & really need to lose a few stone. Never mind - I'm sure my daily diet of beans on toast, tinned tomatoes and porridge may help!
