I am certain I have made the right decision!
Hi Comrades!
As I have said in other postings we don't enter this profession as mature students lightly and as most of us have given up very well paid but meaningless jobs to do something that will help us reach our full potential as human beings and give something back to society.But having said that I have often wondered if I haven't made a huge mistake. Last week I completed 26 hours on an Orthopaedic and Trauma ward and loved every minute of it. It was very busy and the time flew by but I learnt loads and loads. I have now applied to be on the bank as an HCA. Hopefully I will be accepted. I now know I haven't made a mistake and this is really what I want to do!
London marathon is 6 days away!
