Where do I start???? Well, some of you may know me - hardly anyone looks on these anymore but I thought I'd like to do one so I can look back on it in 3 years and laugh at myself!
I'm 18 years old and I've just finished school doing my A levels which I know I've failed miserably (The less said about them, the better). I currently live in a grotty little town called Tamworth in Staffordshire that is so inbred it's basically alabama.
That will change soon enough though as I start an Advanced Diploma in Adult Nursing in September 07 (3 1/2 months away!!!) at Sheffield Hallam University, and I'm so excited it's untrue!! But lately I've been doubting whether at such a young age and without loads of life experience, I have the ability to do the course or not. I'm sure it'll pass
Congratulations if you've got this far by the way!!
I am waiting for SHU to get back to me with more information about a pre-enrolment day on the 24th July, and I should also be finding out what accommodation I'm going to be living in for the next year soon aswell! I finally feel like it's all happening now!
Think that's my very first diary entry over and done with! See you all soon!
Paul xxx
P.S The Birmingham meet was awesome and I met loads of really great people and made some friends aswell! What more can you ask for??
P.P.S. Going to turkey in 20 days with 3 of my best friends from sixth form!! Should be really fun

Re: Where do I start???? You are more than capable of doing it Paul. Yes life experience is good but it's only one small part, you will have much more to bring to uni/nursing!
Enjoy your holiday when it comes
See ya in Blackpool!
