^hugs^ i dont take them with alcohol but i still hallucinate off them so i dont take them but ive never told the phsyc about it, so stupid i know so instead of the PRN meds i just turn to self distruction.
But im 3 weeks free from cutting now so i guess thats a good thing

Thanx guys it will be nearly 4 weeks no cutting im finding other ways to hurt myself though  not so life friendly either
