Got great idea!!!

With the continuing arguements going on in the art threads maybe there should be a rants and raves section just for that stuff.

Cause in my opinion it looks childish to continuing to argue over things like ppl are doing.

thats just an idea i have.

I agree, Shadow. It does look childish to simply bicker back and forth over things.

The Random Topics forum is available for non-Star Wars threads, and even this forum is available for those (like yourself) who want to pose solutions to problems they see with what's going on here. BTW, I'm glad to see someone trying to do exactly that rather than just griping about things.

Only problem with that however is, when people start to rant things tend to disintegrate into mindless flame wars and personal attacks (such as what's happening in the Moldy Crow thread)... and that's never a good idea even when it's allowed.

In the end it's Lucas' final call as to whether or not a new forum/section just for rants would be created (as he's the only one now who can do it)... but in the meantime, I'd say you'd be okay with putting "RANT" in the thread header and staying away from personal attacks/flames.

I think posting rants in Random Topics works. That is where I have posted mine. emoticon

I would say that Uncle Servo's suggestion of putting "RANT" in the thread title is probably best. I would just ask that things are kept civil.
