hey I think the ship from EP:3 on the landing pad maybe an "asassin" corvette. It is similar to the CR-90 but a little bit smaller... or was it gigger. Well anyhow the Tantive iv is in the movie but I think the reason the sensors are different is because of a sensor upgrade. this would explane the odd models.

The ship in Episode 3 was developed to remind about the Tantive IV. The artist said so himself. Later on, it was brainlessly decided that it actually IS the Tantive IV, which it is not. Possible explanations to retcon this are that the ship has been completely rebuilt from scratch, using the first ship as nothing more than recycled raw materials, or that both ships are the Tantive IV, but not the same Tantive IV (think of the WWI Scharnhorst and the WWII Scharnhorst, for example). In any case, the Episode 3 ship of Corellian origin is not valid for the development of the Tantive IV.

Btw: If your Avatar is supposed to be Darth Bandon from Kotor, you should rescale it. Looks like Darth Conehead.

The size has to be 60x60. So if it is 60x60, everything is fine. If it is not, then you get distortion.

Lucas do you have the deckplans from the FarStar, the modified Correlian Corvette from the Darkstryder Campaign? If not i can scan it for you.
Considering decks. the Farstar has 4 main decks and a upper and lower weapon deck.
Hope this helps

Strange... I know I once knew the FarStar, but somehow I have blocked out most of the memories associated with it. Something about this ship makes me twitch and shiver, even as we speak, although I can't really remember it anymore. It was not this totally moronic CR-90 carrier mutation, or was it? emoticon
