Thats a really nice ship (the VT-49)...are there any stats on it?

Really good work on the deckplan by way.

50Stone,

How did you come up with the deckplan by the way? Did they display them in SWG?

In SWG you can go around in bigger ships (YT-1300, YKL-37r, the Minginh Ship, VT-49, Luxury 3000, YT-2000), i have flown all myself, except for the Mining Ship and YT-2000 (stopped playing before they were introduced).

Imho only the YT-1300 and VT-49 had good Deckplans, though the Deckplan here does the YKL justice emoticon.

I asked mainly because of the foward cargo bay. I can understand why you would want to seal off the cargo loader from the rest of the ship, but you really only need 1 air tight door in the front to prevent rapid decompression if there was a breach in that section.

With out those other walls and doors you can store larger cargo containers and such. So was just wondering if the ship was sean this way, or if those walls and doors were added in for safter purposes?

The interior of the ship seen in the game was miniscule compared to what the dimension would actually allow.

The segmented forward hold, yeah that was me, I've already vowed to remove the upper cargo lockers for more head room and the interior walls are the next to go.

I chose to put the crew spaces at the rear to be closer to my chosen sight for escape pods and for crew access to important areas such as the ****pit, engine room and gun wells, no need to go haring across the length of the ship in an emergency.

I haven't touched this in ages, to be honest I attempted this without really knowing anything, nothing much has changed and don't have the energy to rip it apart and try again.

The superstructure is pretty close if anyone want to strip it back to it's hull and do what they will to it.

Could you post what you have done so we can all see it, and possibly continue the work.

I've done some work redoing the living areas. It's still a WIP.

Here is a clean gif, thanks to photoshop for you all to play with, it includes every view I did, ignore the oversized cannons, I went a bit overboard, also not very little room for gunners.
