Photoshop... right... yeah, I have zero extra money to spare on that. This is just a diversion for me, not even a hobby.

It was a British magazine, if anyone wants to, give me a couple of days I can give you the name of the magazine. OK?

As I said, above, I got the name of the magazine. The name of the mag. is Advanced Photoshop. According to the cover it is, "The magazine for Adobe Photoshop Professsionals." I even bought the magazine.

I have a question: Is Photoshop easy to use or is it so advnced should I stick to MS Paint?

Photoshop has far more features, and thus, a bit of a steeper learning curve. Personally, I still use Paint for the bulk of my deckplanning work, and only use Photoshop for putting together the deck sections from the 3d modeling program I use, and for converting the finished bitmaps to GIFs for posting.

I use photoshop since the beginning of my deckplanning 'career'. Never used any graphics application before. Photoshop rocks, and everything Paint can, Photoshop is able to do better. And of course you got many practical tools that MS doodle just lacks.

Those looking for alternatives to Photoshop, check out Gimp. It is open source and costs you nothing.

Now get back on topic, pleeeeeeze. emoticon

Re: Drawing the curtains: New Color Scheme!

Someone please help

No matter what I do I keep getting the wrong colours.

I have tried downloading the image and everything.

I use paint , use the dropper, go to edit colours, go to define custom colours to get the HSL numbers

But they seem to go wrong for some reason.

Can someone please give me the actual HSL numbers

pretty please.

These are what I have got and they are abviously wrong,

But I dont know what I am doing wrong.
