Gamemaster. Two regular campaigns. One Pen & Paper, Thrawn era and post thrawn era, pre NJO. The other campaign is IRC+Skype. 50% players overlapping, but in the IRC+Skype campaign one player lives in Switzerland and the other lives in western Germany.

emoticon Unfortunately I don't know anyone in my area who plays the game so for nearly 20 years, I've been collecting the books and sitting at home all alone, making up stories about the characters I create If only I had someone else to play with!!!

Yes I really am that sad!!! emoticon

I was origionally a player, when I started Role-playing Star Wars. Ever since the GM disbanded the group that has not stopped me. I am looking to starting my own group, as a co-GM.

Mostly GM. Not only for Star Wars, also for Dungeon&Dragons, Legend of 5 Rings, Vampire, Werewolf, Mage, Call of Cthulhu, Shadowrun, Mechwarrior and TORG. Sometimes somebody else is doing the GM part, but most of the time (the last few years only) i have to tell the stories. Which i, to be honest, really like. At the moment i mixed together the "Lords of the Expanse" setting with the "Pirates and Privateer" theme. It works pretty well and my players have turned the Tapani sector into the Spanish Main of the Star wars universe.

Go to www.pbem.com -- PBeM (Play By e-Mail) games are much slower than RL or chat-based ones, but are better than nothing.

I've only GMed in table top games, but I've played in a long running freeform chat game and had played in a similar pbp game. Now I'm about to go full circle and I'm in the process of running another pbp game.

I've been GM for a pen and paper before, and spent 6+ years as GM for my own creation in IRC chat.

I've never played, simply because there hasn't been another GM (to my knowledge) anywhere near me within the past twenty years.

And I'm wondering if dakotanightsong is anywhere near me, in South Dakota.

Nowhere's close. I'm in Nova Scotia, the name's just from a favorite character I've had for a long time.
