Zuckuss... Come on down!

Zuckuss is usually portraded in one of two ways.

1. A bumbling coward with the perfect blend of stupidity and greed. Usually he's portrayed this way whenever he's near Bossk.

2. A carefully thought out hunter with the ability to meditate in a simular fasion to ESP. Slow spoken, somewhat wise, and with considerable morals considering his occupation.

So which is correct? Is he a world class kiss-up and coward? Or a glalactic Siddhartha with a blaster rifle?

I like the idea of a little bit of both. Remember he's a top hunter, and he just can't hang on the coat tails of another hunter. So...

Well he was portrayed as the meditating and well thought out hunter (with failing lungs due to breathing Oxygen) in Tales Of The Bounty Hunters. He's a coward everywhere else, especially in events with all the bounty hunters gathered together.

That would be cool though if his coward-act was a carefully thought out act that fooled even Boba Fett.

Perhaps other hunters just make him nervous.

Prehaps "Tales of the Bounty Hunters" is toilet paper. emoticon

Didn't they have to invent a daughter for Boba Fett just to ret-con his oddness?

I found the whole "oxygen is toxic for Gands to breathe" thing kind of funny because there are other sources that say Gands don't even breate to begin with.

As far as I know, there are two main sub-species of Gands. Ones with lungs (who breath ammonia) and ones without lungs.

But that's aside from the point. And I know how easily people here veer off topic.

The point is... What is Zuckuss's real character like?

If there are Gands with no lungs, how do they communicate? sign language? telepathy? paper and pencil? bioluminescence? farting?

Also, this appears to be an RPG discussion - thread moved.

Ever watch Columbo? Peter Faulk plays quite the "bumbling coward/idiot." The criminal allways thinks that they outsmarted Columbo until he utters his famous line, "One more thing..." and then tears into them with the facts and hauls them off to jail. Maybe that is who Zuckuss is, a Star Wars version of Columbo.

But then again, I also have no idea who the heck Zuckuss is either...
