 IMPORTANT Information for Who is going to: Portland Oregon & Nashville Tennessee Trips!
Dear Parents,
Here is the information for Portland Oregon & Nashville Tennessee Trips. Plus all the flight numbers and important neccessary informations.
PARENTS you are responsible for your daughter's food and entertainment money for both of the trips. Please provide your daughters with enough food and spending money for: Oregon 5 days and Tennesse 5 days. You are also responsible to take her to the Airport and picking her up. Coaches are not responsible for your daughter's way to and from the airport. Make arrangements with family members if you cannot take or pick up your daughter from the airports. Coaches are having their family members drop and pick them up as well. This is Mandatory!!
MAKE SURE TO BE ON TIME TO DROP AND PICK UP YOUR DAUGHTER FROM THE AIRPORT!
Parents, make sure to have a copy of your daughter's medical card and all insurance information with her for the trips. We need to have these documents on hand in case of injures and emergencies. You are responsible for any cost that may occurred due to injures on the trip. Please if you have not fill out a release form from Swift's handout registration books, you need to fill out Waiver Release Form ASAP and turn it in or your daughter will not be able to go with the team. This is Mandatory!!
PLAYER'S IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR LUGGAGES FOR OREGON AND TENNESSEE:
All players must pack light, no large suitcases we are playing in a tournament and you will be in uniform all day. The rental vans have limited spaces for luggages. You will be allow 1 bag (hawaiian sport bag) and one pack back to carry on the plane with a purse. Use your Hawaiian Sport Bag for your clothes, lotions, etc., and use your pack back to pack your uniform & basketball shoes. Just in case your hawaiian bag is lost you will have your uniform with you on the plane. They do not allow any liquids through the gates they will throw away your lotions, shampoo, water bottles and etc., unless its 3oz. Make sure you pack your UNIFORM FIRST. We had players that forget their uniforms in the past.
For the Oregon Trip there is no charge for 1st bag check-in (hawaiian bag) 2nd bag is $25 charge (No one is taking a second bag), so it's mandatory you are taking only your hawaiian sport bag and a pack back to carry with a purse. Coming back from Portland Oregon there will be a $15 dollar 1st Bag check-in (Hawaiian Bag), so make sure you save $15 dollars if you want to check-in a bag, if not you will carry it with your pack back on the plane. Alaska Airlines 1st bag check-in charge will be in affect July 7th and we are coming back on the 9th.
For the Tennessee Trip there is no charge for 1st bag check-in (hawaiian bag). Rules is just the same with the oregon trip, NO SUITCASES!!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
For Parents and Players that are over the age of 18 years or older, please bring a government identification picture ID (Drivers License or passport). This is MANDATORY, or else you will be left stranded at the airport. Players that are under 18 years old, you do not need to bring an ID.
PORTLAND OREGON - END OF THE TRAILS TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
All parents and players must be at the airport at 6:00am (1 1/2 hours) because we have a big group and trying to get all our boarding passes at one time is going to be difficult. So please try to be on time.
BLACK & SILVER TEAMS has the same flight# on July 5th Sunday. Check-in with Alaska Airlines:
Departure: SNA (John Wayne/Orange County) Flight#587 - Time: 7:45am
Arrive PDX (Portland Oregon): 10:19am
BLACK & SILVER TEAMS coming back from Oregon = July 9th Thursday. Check-in with Alaska Airlines:
Departure: PDX (Portland Oregon) Flight#590 - Time: 7:20pm
Arriving SNA (John Wayne/Orange County) Time: 9:44pm

NASHVILLE TENNESSEE - MUSIC CITY MADNESS TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
All parents and players must be at the airport at 4:15am (1 1/2 hours) because we have a big group and trying to get all our boarding passes at one time is going to be difficult. So please try to be on time.
BLACK & SILVER TEAMS has the same flight# on July 21st Tuesday. Check-in with Southwest Airlines:
Departure: ONT (Ontario CA) Flight#161 - Time: 6:05am
Arrive: LAS (Las Vegas NV): 7:05am
Departure: LAS (Las Vegas NV) Flight#982 - Time: 9:45am
Arrive: BNA (Nashville TN): 3:25pm
BLACK & SILVER TEAMS coming back from Nashville Tennesse = July 25th Saturday. Check-in with Southwest Airlines:
Departure: BNA (Nashville TN) Flight#1550 - Time: 5:50pm (NON-STOP FLIGHT)
Arriving ONT (Ontario CA) Time: 7:55pm
