Ebay--Postings of Prince Of Pirates--Barbara Rush Seen With Swords
Pardon me please! I was worrisomely wondering if I should say something about an announced series of sales of shots at Ebay showing Barbara Rush fencing & fighting with a foil. Would we warrant such an announcement at the Main Chat & News nexus or need to note it at an "Alert" section? The Dutch and Flemish title was: "Piraten an Bord", and, as aforementioned, a nice poster posted positioning her in the centre with a fencing pose from "Prince Of Pirates". Also announced for sale we see several shots from scenes showing her with a sword.

Re: Ebay--Postings of Prince Of Pirates--Barbara Rush Seen With Swords
"Britcanuck", I am still sort of sensing or suggesting a radical reengineering relating to the stylistic structure of the site, but I am still too busy to bring it to the for for this forum. Basically, Britcanuck, it is intuitively based on either Dr. Brian Taves "Romance of Adventure" format, or following the footsteps of Dr. Jeffrey Richards: "Swordsmen of the Screen".
Dr. Richards reliably repositions swashbuckling in several sub-genres based on supposed time the cimematic construct was conceivied. Taves takes the theme that there exists some sort of assumed association of adventure based on the characters created in the cinematic endeavour, and Taves takes tremendious issue with Richards, but I still see the supreme superiority and simplicity reserved in Richarads resolute reasoning.
Thus, instead of invariably intermiably searching and seeking within the site for a fundmental film, if it is possible to search within a warranted warren of similar sort of such swordwielding sorties showing such select settled sources, then the trouble of seeking searching somewhere, if not everwhere, in the site would be wildly and wholly solved?

Foster3D,
Please give us urls to Drs. Taves and Richards. I'm off now to try Google search.

Oh. Dr. Taves wrote a book on the subject.

for a review.
And so did Dr. Richards (cannot readily find offerings).
