'Legend of the Seeker' Season One Coming to R1 DVD

The first season of the syndicated fantasy-adventure series based on Terry Goodkind's 'Sword of Truth' novels will be released on Region 1 DVD on October 13th, reports TVShowsOnDVD.com .

The series features several battling female characters, most notably Bridget Regan as mystical warrioress Kahlan the Confessor.

'Legend of the Seeker' is set to return for a second season this Fall across North America.
