You agree to abide by these rules when you join this forum. The moderator(s) reserve the right to restrict access to this board to members only at any time, in which case it may be necessary for you to submit your application for membership to this board. Copyrights - Pictures and video clips may be posted for entertainment purposes only, and may not be reproduced on another website, including commercial websites, without the permission of the producers of the original material. In order to avoid unintended copyright infringement, please follow these rules.
For copyright reasons, please do not post links to movies or episodes of TV shows in their entirety on the board. (You are welcome to share links to complete movies or TV episodes between yourselves using PMs, or Private Messages, as requested.)
Also refrain from posting amateur footage of movies or stage productions. Stage production footage is allowed only if you have the permission of the producers of the production. When posting clips, edit the part(s) that are relevant and post those clips only. If you cannot do so, ask someone to edit it for you.

Paysites - No posting of pictures or videos from pay sites is allowed unless they are made and posted by that site's owner. You may post material from the 'free area' of such a site, but only if you credit that site for the picture/video and include a link to that site in your post. Trading of passwords to pay sites on the board is forbidden. (Again, trading links to clips and passwords using the PM system is not restricted by us.)
A pay site is defined as a website which receives a monthly or other periodically collected subscription fee from its members. This includes sites that are no longer online. This includes video tapes or dvds that this site might sell.
Links Information - Please do not remove links to pictures, video clips or fiction you have posted without providing a reason. If there is a reason for the removal, please post it in the appropriate thread.
In the event that a link has expired because an amount of time without download has expired and the file hosting site has deleted the file, this constitutes a valid reason for the unavailibility of some content.
Objectionable/Questionable Content - No posting of questionable pictures/videos or links to questionable pictures/videos featuring people under the age of 18 is allowed. Questionable refers to images and footage of an adult/pornographic nature. When in doubt about the age of a person(s) featured, don't post it.
No posting of links to adult websites or material of a pornographic nature is permitted.
It is recommended that you are at least 18 years of age to access these forums, due to some of the content being posted in them, and because it is impossible to moderate a forum constantly.
Spamming, posts of a malicous, racist or hateful nature, or posts demeaning to other board members are not allowed.
Content Warnings - Please post a warning on the subject line of your thread or topic if your post contains graphic violence, nudity, or coarse language. Posts containing links to pictures or images containing nudity should carry an appropriate warning, such as 'nudity' or 'adult content' in the body of your post as well. (This also applies to posts with links to material containing graphic violence or coarse language.) This rule also applies to posts with links to video clips hosted on other sites, including but not limited to YouTube.com, Google Video, and other similar sites. Please do not embed pictures, videoclips, or any other content that contain nudity (including toplessness) or adult content directly into the body of your post, or your icons or avatars.
General Information - English is the preferred language on this board; however, any language (except foul language and profanity) is acceptable.
Posted threads and topics which violate these rules may be removed without prior notice.
