Actually, I'm not sure if this 1950 swashbuckler with Paul Henreid ("The Spanish Main") has any female swordplay in it, but a recent offering of publicity artwork on eBay points to that possibility.

Well, there are a couple of short fencing scenes in this one involving a young lady, one a playful duel with a friend, another in which she attacks some soldiers before being disarmed. Worth checking out.
