US crime drama series "Bones", Feb. 19th (18th in Canada)
"Bones" is a popular crime drama series in the US. Detectives try to solve bizzare cases (in some cases long unsolved) by using forensic anthropology and finding clues on a victim's bones. Similar to "CSI", but (pardon the bad expression) with less meat.
Based on promos airing in the US, one of the female detectives gets to do something with a sword as she helps investigate a case involving suspects at a sci-fi/fantasy/role-playing/gaming convention, in an episode entitled "The Princess and the Pear".
FOX is debuting the episode in the US tomorrow night, while Canadian viewers get a peek at that episode tonight on the Global network.
