Queeny spots Estrada...

HI YA GANG! Not sure if this is the right place to add this...but yesterday on my way to the grocery store, I spotted a new billboard for our Police Department's new campaign called "100 Days and Nights of Summer"...thought you might all like the billboard too....

My son thought I was nuts, when I ran home got my camera and drove back and parked in a car lot and jumped out and took those!!! emoticon

Estrada will appear in a TV commercial, on billboards and do radio spots for the "100 Days and Nights of Summer" campaign, which runs June 1 to Sept. 7.

Gov. Bill Richardson's office said Estrada was chosen "because of his popularity and his association with law enforcement organizations." Estrada joined Richardson at a news conference Thursday to preview the initiative.

Richardson said holidays and summer months are historically the deadliest on New Mexico roadways. The effort is also aimed at increasing enforcement of seat belt and speeding laws.

Estrada is used in a new DWI commercial, viral videos, on billboards and in radio commercials.
