Re: Erika or Mod help please
OK. Been doing some checking and......
To create a new folder, select at least one message in the Inbox, then, in the "Put selection in folder..." list, select "Define new folder...". This should prompt you for a new folder name.
To rename a folder, click on it and keep the mouse button pressed for a second. The folder link will then become editable. When you are done editing, click somewhere else on the screen or push the Tab key to save your changes.
To delete a folder, make sure the folder is empty first. Then the "Delete folder" button will appear at the bottom of the screen when viewing that folder.
The "Delete selected" button immediately deletes the selected PM's, without moving them to Trash. If you move the PM's to Trash, the PM's will still be available by viewing the Trash folder. The Trash is periodically emptied by the system.
Regular users can have up to 20 messages at a time in their Inbox folder, and up to 100 messages at a time in all of the other folders together. Premium users have these numbers upped to 50 and 500. The Trash folder is not taken into account when counting messages.
All this is taken from the 'help' section in the 'mail box'.

Re: Erika or Mod help please
JG you are very handy, but you just spend to much time on the spring cleaning
Ok im pleased you have found this it is a good feature, but you are right it is hard to figure out. But because Im premium I have had it for sometime so know how to use it.
Go to your pm list and check the box's of the PM's you wish to file, for example check all Zapit's pm's if you have any then click the box up top which says put selection in folder, and scroll down to define new folder then a box will open up and you will be able to type in the name you wish to call the folder i.e Zapit's Pm's.. then all the checked selections will vanish to this folder and the name will appear on the left hand side of your PM's as Zapit's PM's. you can do this with the others you have. Then you will again have room for 20 more PM's as they don't count as your total.
Hope this helps. If not contact us again, and I will give you more help. good luck. It is hard to figure out, but when you have got it then you have got it.
