DA you made me dizzy :rotfl:
Ok this is what you are doing wrong.. all is fine but you are missing out the / at the end.. it must bed [*/b] and [*/marquee]

have a look above when you post and you will see the buttons saying [*/b] that always ends. the ones with [*b] is the open.
So to bold would look [*b] like this [*/b]

Have another go.

Please note I had to put a * other wise you would have been able to see what I was doing, so you have to make sure there is no *

Ok this time you did 2 closed tags..

DA look at the following..

[b*]this will make bold[/b*]
this will make bold

[i*]this will make italic[/i*]
this will make italic

[u*]this will underline[/u*]
this will underline

[center*]this will center[/center*]
this will center

[marquee*]this will scroll[/marquee*]
this will scroll

[big*]this doesnt work[/big*]
this big text doesnt work becuase the font on here is already big

[small*]but small will work[/small*]
but small will work

again I have left * in so that you can see what I did.

You have to start with an open tag which is [*b] and text in middle. End with a closed tag which is [*/b]

(remember no * anywhere)
